WEBeDoctor Tele-Reminder system sends reminders to the patients via automated phone calls or Text messages. It reduces the workload of a clinic’s staff and enhances productivity. It currently supports English, Spanish, French, Korean, Japanese, Russian, Italian, and Chinese languages. 2. Tele-Health
Tele-Health video conferencing feature was introduced at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic to make physicians’ life easy. It is a HIPAA-compliant Video Chat solution that allows SMS Texting, Secure Texting, and Picture Capturing. A physician can invite a patient by Text or email and the patient can join it using any device PC, Laptop, Cell phone, or any other mobile device. A physician can take photos during a video call as well as notes and save them to the patient’s file. A physician can view and manage the patients waiting in the virtual waiting room.
3. E-Fax:
Physicians receive their faxes in their Fax Inbox in PDF format. Received faxes can be linked to any patient’s visit note. Physicians can also fax important information like patient visit note data, immunizations and medications, etc. Our physicians enjoy and love this service
4. Patient Self-Registration Check-In Kiosk
A responsive web app for facilities to get data from their patients. It can capture patient pictures, scan insurance cards, and take patient consents and other patient demographics using an iPad. It saves the clinic’s staff’s time, reduces costs from using any paper.
5. E-Prescribing
Physicians send prescriptions to the pharmacies using this feature, it works for non-controlled medications as well as controlled medications. It saves both physician and patient’s time and money, reduces patient visits, and increase efficiency. E-Prescriptions are more reliable than a hand-written prescription. It helps to provide quality care, medication compliance, and reliability for the patients. Pharmacies send refill request and providers can approve, deny, replace or deny with a new Rx to follow.
6. Payment Module
WEBeDoctor on-line credit card payment Module and PayPal integration make physicians’ life easy. Received payments are directly posted to the patient’s account in WEBeDoctor. The physician’s office quickly receives payments from the patients and the patient can also pay using a credit card or PayPal account by logging into the WEBeDoctor Patient Portal. This feature makes our physicians happy. Billers can view the amounts deposited in the patient deposit reports.
